In a bowl I put flour and salt, then separately the yeast I dissolved it in a little warm water and I put it over the flour and salt, and little by little from the water, not all at once, as the flour has the ability to absorb water different. Then the oil, and knead until you get an elastic dough without sticking to your hands.
Leave it to rise until it doubles in volume, then divide it into 2 and knead each ball of dough, combine them again, and leave for another 15 minutes to rise. (This step makes the dough perfect for pizza).
I had 2 trays (as we see in the picture) + a smaller one, the recipe was for 2 medium sized pizza trays.
Spread the dough by hand in the pan, adding a little oil, prick with a fork, then grease with ketchup and put on top what we want, and finally add a little ketchup. Put in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
