Choose ripe bananas very well or, if they are greener, leave them to ripen for a few days. Peel a banana, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cream for whipped cream mixes well. When it starts to harden, add the banana puree. Continue mixing until the whipped cream is beaten and the composition is homogeneous. Pour everything into a saucepan and place in the freezer. Stir occasionally to avoid the formation of ice crystals.

As you can see, I didn't mention anything about sugar or sweetener. The bananas being very ripe, they were sweet enough. I used Meegle cream, which is also sweetened, so I didn't need any more sugar. Whoever wants, can add more sugar to the composition. I recommend them honey.

It is delicious served with chocolate.
